Please keep online on PS China Server during the tournament, and ensure the PS ID is the same as you posted
After each round of the match, please get in touch with your opponent in time and challenge. If there is no contact within five minutes of the match, it will be deemed as an automatic waiver. The winning players, please private chat Slow_Dream in PS China Server, so that the we can carry out the next round of match. Ctour games are not allowed to use the /modjoin or /hideroom command. If you don't want to upload your replay, you may use the /hidereplay or /unlistreplay command. But anyway, the semifinals and final replays of each tournament will be listed in the post.

身份
为确保公平和避免不必要的麻烦，比赛双方应主动互相确认身份，使用的比赛ID亦应作为约战的一部分。
Identity
In order to ensure fairness and avoid unnecessary troubles, both sides of the match should confirm each other's PSID as a part of scheduling.

服务器
原则上比赛优先考虑在PS中国服务器上进行。在其他服务器进行的比赛不能受到国服管理团队的监控，可能会导致您的比赛结果作废。在国服进行的比赛我们亦可以对掉线中断等问题进行复盘，来保证您的游戏体验。
Server
In principle, the competition is given priority to be played on the PS China Server. Matches played on other servers cannot be monitored by the PSCN management team, which may cause your match results to be invalidated. We can also review issues such as disconnection and interruption of the game in the server to ensure your gaming experience.

情报侦察
通过查看对手公开上传的回放进行情报侦察是完全允许的。唯严格禁止国服的管理人员通过权限手段获得普通玩家无法获得的信息。
永远不允许第三方（包括但不限于队友）将用户的组队等私人信息泄露给对手，一经举报核实将会对其进行严厉的处罚。
Scouting
Scouting by viewing the opponent’s publicly-uploaded replays is totally allowed. Admins of the PSCN are strictly prohibited from obtaining information that ordinary players cannot obtain by means of authority.
Third parties (including but not limited to teammates) will never be allowed to disclose the user's team and other private information to opponents, and severe penalties will be imposed once the report is verified.
